Hi, I'm Jamie and I'm a personal trainer working out of Manchester. I believe in the power of health and fitness to change anyone's life for the better. The gym has been a regular part of my life for the last 10 years, and it is my passion is to help others get the most out of their fitness experience.

My Ethos

As your personal trainer I want to help you on your journey as you make progress, gain confidence and push yourself out of your comfort zone. But not forgetting to enjoy yourself a bit along the way - this is a big part of my fitness philosophy and the most important factor in developing long term results and consistency. Fitness doesn't need to feel like a chore.
