About Me
I've been in and around the gym environment for over 10 years - firstly as a member and now as a personal trainer. During that time I've built the belief that the power of health and fitness can improve anyone's life for the better.
My ethos to personal training is quite simple. I want to help you on your journey as you make progress, gain confidence and push yourself out of your comfort zone. But also not forgetting to enjoy yourself a bit along the way. This is an important part of my philosophy when it comes to fitness, as enjoying what you do is a big factor in developing long term results and consistency. The gym doesn't need to feel like a chore or an obligation.

During my time in this industry I have worked with a wide range of people from different age groups, with different levels of experience and with differing goals.
In my experience I have found that people who look in to personal training do so for many kinds of reasons. For example, some people are brand new to the gym and need the knowledge and guidance to ensure they're using the gym effectively and safely. Some people already have the experience and know how, and need the accountability and motivation to keep them working in the right direction. Others come to me with pre-existing injuries seeking ways improve their situation and a way to exercise which does not aggravate their injury any further. And there's some who simply get to a point in their training where they lose enjoyment or hit a plateau and seek new advice or challenges in their fitness journey.
Personal training with me is not a one size fits all approach. It's an individualised experience based on your needs and wants.
