Want to use the gym with a friend or partner? 2-2-1 training gives you the opportunity to work towards your health and fitness goals as a duo, while including all the same programming elements of 1-2-1 training.
Nutrition Coaching
Included in both the 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 training packages, nutrition coaching will give you the education and guidance you need to start building better eating habits which align with your health and fitness objectives.
1-2-1 Personal Training
One on one training tailored to your individual goals, desires and preferences. Includes body composition analysis, health & fitness assessments and full progress tracking, as well as support and guidance through the entirety of your programme.
RaveSpin
A quarterly event hosted by me and a fellow personal trainer, which blends the world of cycle classes and raving together to create a special group training event which you'll never have experienced the likes of before.
